Sea Point Bungalow is beautiful stone-built luxury Cyprus holiday villa offering the highest standards both inside and out. It is situated in the brand new Sea point Villa Complex.

It is situated within the prime location of Coral Bay and just 300m from the sea.

The interior of the villa is stunningly designed with Modern furnishings throughout. The lounge has large sliding windows opening out to the villas terrace and private 8×4 pool. There is also a fire place in the living area which makes Villa Anastasia suitable for winter holidays although Cyprus is sunny most of the year.

It features a large corner sofa, large TV, DVD player and satelite TV. Villa Anastasias dining area is furnished with a wooden dining table and six elegant chairs. It has a set of patio doors opening Villas covered terrace overlooking the private pool area.

The Kitchen dinning area and lounge are laid out in a modern open plan design with high wooden ceilings giving the villa a country feel.

Outside is a stone built BBQ covered by a wooden pergola. The kitchen is strikingly modern with cherrywood units offset with grey granite work surfaces, mosaic tiled splashbacks, and modern appliances. Completing Villa Anastasia which is all on one level is a large master bedroom bedroom with with King size bed and an en suite bathroom. The bedroom is fitted with wardrobes and has patio doors leading out to the villas terrace and pool.

There are two further bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms both are twins (each contain 2 single beds). The attractive stone built exterior and design includes for a wonderful shaded terrace with a table that can comfortably accomadate 6 people. The Sea Point Bungalow is accessed by a gate that leads into a private driveway that can easily accommodate two cars.

Villa Anastasia is built on one level including the terrace and pool area making it ideal for people with young children and the elderly since there are no steps. The 4x8m pool has roman steps making easily accessible.
